Mawlana Faraz Abdul Moid serves as Assistant Dean of Students. He teaches Islamic Law, Qur’anic Exegesis, and Arabic. After completing his hifz at IIE, he received an ijazah in tajweed and in the Qirā’ah of Hafs ʿan ʿAṣim. He studied hadith at Darul Qasim, earning ijazat from its illustrious scholars, along with additional ijāzāt in musalsalāt and other collections from various scholars. He later specialized in tafsīr through the Takhaṣṣuṣ fī al-Tafsīr program under Shaykh Amin Kholwadia, Mawlana Kamil Uddin, and Dr. Issam Eido.
