Inside Darul Qasim College

Appreciation Dinner

On March 27th, the Darul Qasim community came together to honor the board, faculty, staff, students, and their families for their sacrifice and service to this work.

As our Prophet ﷺ taught, “Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allah.” May Allah reward all those who give of themselves for the sake of this deen.

In his remarks, Shaykh Amin Kholwadia reminded us that Islamic knowledge is structured and intentional. You are not a student if you do not ask. True learning comes through observing, questioning, and sincere suhbah.

This path is built on khidma and sacrifice. The difficulties are part of the journey, and Allah rewards every effort made for His sake.

May Allah allow us to continue seeking knowledge, serving the ummah, and carrying forward the legacy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with sincerity and excellence.

Sufi?

A Prelude to Nafsology by Aadil M. Pathan

Tasawwuf, while it may seem to connotate certain romantic fantasies in certain
imaginations, more correctly would denote a more holistic view of reality. That is, reality as al-Haqq (the Real) and the mazahir (manifestations) of al-Haqq. Reality, then, is genuinely a theophany, as in its deriving from the Greek theophaneiatheos for “god” and phanein “to manifest”.
