Missing Course Request Form

The deadline to submit a request for a missing class from your current Spring 2026 schedule is January 5, 2026

To register for Spring classes past the deadline, you will have to complete and submit the Late Registration Request Form, which is not active yet.

Missing Course Request Form

Students requesting a specific course which is not available as a registration option in their student MyQuest account, must complete the following request form to submit to the office of the Registrar. All requests are subject to pre-requisite approvals.

Please note, if you are registering after the semester’s registration deadline, you must complete the Late Registration Request Form.
